Our company has been formed in Sarajevo and Delaware US in 2016 but the founders have more than 30 years of experience in the software development industry in Bosnia & Herzegovina. From a small team of 2 people (just the founders) the company grew to more than 10 people directly employed in the company in 2017 and more than 30 developers recruited or outstaffed.

Grow Up started out as a software development company creating its own products for the Worldwide market, but we soon realized that our clients wanted more control over the development process than the outsourcing model could offer.

So we switched gears to provide a different cooperation model — tech recruitment and outstaffing that allows you to personally choose the engineers you want to work with and communicate with them directly, while we take care of every other issue related to having remote employees.

We concentrated our main development capacities in Bosnia & Herzegovina due to its abundance of highly qualified IT professionals, ease of doing business and really low corporate taxes.
